      Hello, you can check the University of Oslo if they offer MSC in Water Resource Engineering. I don’t think that they do when I did a quick search. Water Resource Management is such a niche subject that you might have trouble finding which institutions offer that subject. I highly recommend that you search these top universities in Norway and see if they offer it.

      Hello according to University of Oslo’s medical school page, bachelor’s in medicine is almost entirely taught in Norwegian, and students are expected to be fully proficient in Norwegian at the start of the program. The application procedures are also entirely in Norwegian; if you are proficient in Norwegian, you can take a look at their application procedure page.
