Water Resource Management is such a niche subject that you might have trouble finding which institutions offer that subject. Hello according to University of Oslo’s medical school page, bachelor’s in medicine is almost entirely taught in Norwegian, and students are expected to be fully proficient in Norwegian at the start of the program.
