A public engineering university, the Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar is a relatively new school that was founded in 2008 by the government. Located at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, they offer B. Tech, M. Tech, and Ph.D. programs. Less than 250 students attend IIT Bhubaneswar, which is ranked by uniRank as the 109th best school in the country.
The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha as a public engineering university. The 14 various departments of study have graduated over 40,000 of the best engineers in India since its creation in 1958. Times Higher Education has ranked the school as high as 351st in their World University Rankings. IIT Bombay offers great programs in programming, physics, chemistry, and biology at a fairly cheap tuition.
Located in Jammu, the Indian Institute of Technology Jammu is one of India’s newest universities. Founded in 2016, it has functioned as a public research school with a rapidly growing student body. With the main campus in Rupnagar, Punjab, India, the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar is mainly a technology and engineering university. It was founded by the government of India and opened the doors to its first students in 2009. With 9 different departments, India Today ranked them the 25th best engineering college in the country.
Classified as an Institute of National Importance, the National Institute Of Technology Delhi is a public engineering institution located in Delhi. Established in 2010, there are just 4 departments offered currently but more will be offered in the future. The school conducts extensive research on VLSI and embedded systems as well as magnetohydrodynamics. Also, NIT Delhi is one of the cheapest universities in India.
The National Institute of Technology Raipur was founded by the government of India in 1956 as a technical institution. With the main campus in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, both males and females are admitted. Over 20 study departments are available with cheap tuition fees to its students and it is routinely ranked as one of the top schools in the country.
Established in 1967, the National Institute Of Technology Silchar is a national institution located in Silchar, India. Undergraduate and graduate students are offered 11 departments of study, with the main focus in engineering and technology.
