Founded in 1946, Australian National University has been a leading university located in Australia’s capital city of Canberra. The school’s original academic mission was directed only towards postgraduates, but by 1960 the University integrated with Canberra University College to provide courses for undergraduate as well. Today, Australian National University is one of the top school in the entire nation, being ranked first in Australia by the 2018 QS World University Rankings.
