The National University of Singapore offers many full-ride Singapore scholarships to international students. There are two types of scholarships that are offered: administered scholarships and external scholarships. Below, you will find information on both of these scholarships.

Administered scholarship means that applicants will be automatically considered for the following scholarships after they apply for NUS.  Singapore Scholarships 1 and 2 are administered scholarships, so students are not required to fill out a separate scholarship application.

 

1. ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (AUS)

Value

  • Full tuition (After MOE tuition grant)
  • S$5,800 annual stipend

Minimum requirements

  • Be a citizen of one of the ASEAN member countries.
  • Apply for admission as a full-time undergraduate at NUS.

2. Science & Technology (S&T) Undergraduate Scholarship

Value

  • Full tuition (including compulsory fees) after MOE tuition grant
  • S$6,000 annual stipend
  • S$200 (one-time)
  • Annual accommodation stipend
  • Traveling expenses

Minimum requirements

  • Citizen of an Asian country (excluding Singapore)
  • Apply for admission as a full-time undergraduate at NUS Computing, Engineering, or Science.

External scholarship means that students are required to fill out a separate form after applying for NUS, and Singapore Scholarships 3 and 4 are external scholarships.

3. CIMB ASEAN Scholarship

Value

  • Full tuition
  • Living stipend
  • Traveling expenses
  • Insurances related expenses
  • Internships

Minimum requirements

  • Have to be a citizen of one of ASEAN countries.
  • Have to apply for one of these majors: Chemical and Civil Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Finance, and Law.

(Nanyang Technological University)
