Bishop’s University’s Certificate in Arts Management covers two semesters of tuition in Sherbrooke from June 2020. You can take courses in Business as well as one of the creative arts (Drama, Fine Arts or Music) during this program. This is an accelerated one-year program which is offered completely online. You can choose to specialize in counselling, which will lead to entry-level employment in mental health agencies or private practice, or in psychotherapy practice, which is aimed at entry-to-mid-level mental health professionals and will prepare you for careers in private practice or community agencies.

The total number of hours studied is 980 over 16 courses, and everything is available online with optional on-campus study groups if you are able to visit.

3. Certificate in Business Essentials Co-op, Toronto School of Management – November 2020

This 31-week program includes 12 weeks of co-op placement. It is a business essentials course which will teach you organizational structures, functions and behaviors. You will learn how to enhance your business communication skills and how to access finances, as well as how to use financial analysis for decision making.

9. Online Course on Software Construction: Object-Oriented Design, The University of British Columbia via edX

This is a free online course running for 6 weeks, which you can complete at your own pace. It teaches the principles of object-oriented design and introduces new abstraction techniques and design patterns. Aquaculture is the farming of marine and freshwater fish and seafood, and this short course in Canada is the only compressed one-year post-graduate certificate on this topic in Ontario.

The program combines hands-on operational experience, field trips to experience aspects of the industry such as trout farming and conservation stocking, and business training. Most of the program takes place in the campus hatchery facilities, which include an Atlantic salmon hatchery and a muskellunge hatchery.
