Fully-Funded/Full-Tuition Merit Scholarships

These universities offer at least full-tuition merit-based scholarships for international students. Merit-based scholarships are entirely based on merit of the student such as SAT/ACT scores, GPA, and extracurricular activities.

Master’s Scholarships

There are very few scholarships for international students for Master’s degrees. The vast majority of Master’s students in the US pay the full-tuition fee. If you are a top applicant however, universities may offer teaching or research assistantships, which cover full tuition and living expenses. These are usually at top schools.

PhD Scholarships in USA
