In 2017, 32,914 freshmen applied to Yale, and only 2,285 were given admission into the school, the highest admission rate since 2013. The admission into Yale is extremely strict, and conditions required to enter the school include high SAT scores. 50% of Yale students are women, so 50 out of 100 female applicants have a massive chance of being accepted at the institution.
