Financial aspects are the primary concern considered by students considering gaining an international education. Due to high tuition fee costs, some students are hindered from applying for their desired subjects in elite institutions. To solve this issue, some countries have established student-supporting scholarship programs.

Within these grants, they offer to provide fully funded tuition fee waivers and considerable stipends to manage living expenses and transportation costs. These scholarships vary in nature and are either government-led or institution-led. Among the many countries that provide this facility, the top provider is Norway.
